I was unaware there was a solution to this problem until you suggested the Vodafone Access Gateway which boosts the Vodafone 3G signal, and since having it installed I have not looked back.
I can make and receive calls anywhere in my house, and even from my office in the basement, and the signal is always constant and strong, allowing for clear communication every time.
So thank you Ian for suggesting and installing this amazing device, it has ensured its business as usual for Ray the Builder!
Also, I would like to take this opportunity to comment on our Panasonic In-House System which you installed three years ago, we are so pleased we went ahead with this system as it makes transferring calls around the house so easy.
I would also like to just mention your staff’s attention to detail when I have come into your shop to ask Ian’s advice on how to get the best out of my Blackberry! As you know, I’m not a great techno wizard and when I ask him questions and he shows me the answer- nothing is ever too much trouble for him or any member of staff in fact.
Did you also know that I purchased my first mobile phone from your company, which was a Ruby 2, back in god knows when… when mobiles were big things in suitcases!!
