Customer Feedback - Centerprise International

"In 2013 SBC replaced our Basingstoke office end-of-life Avaya system with the very latest Panasonic KX-NS1000 IP PBX server connected as a distributed networked system using our MPLS network. NS1000 systems were deployed as a "One-Look Network" containing three sites.

In a "One-Look Network", our master site Basingstoke office serves as the Master unit, which controls our two other NS-1000 communications servers located in Hemel Hempstead & Caerphilly, known as Slave units. Slave units share setup information and resources controlled by the Master unit, which SBC programmed the systems to operate and support feature-rich connectivity provisions with failover reinforcement.

In our "One-look Network", operational KX-NS1000 telephone systems can provide failover functionality called "One-look Network Survivability." This means that our offices can continue to provide partial service even if the Master unit fails or if a network failure occurs between Master and Slave units. Perfect business continuity!The system is fantastic and the engineers Jason and Greg were extremely efficient.

Furthermore, all staff are delighted with our new Computer Telephone Integration software, we have been so impressed by it that I felt the need to put it into writing.

We feel that this tool alongside our new telephone system has revolutionised our business. It has allowed all users to see the status of their colleagues, whether they are on a call, away from their desks etc. On return to their desks, people are able to see their list of missed calls and are able to manage their voicemail direct from their PC’s.

When the phone rings, the PC clearly displays the callers number and their contact details (where known) direct from outlook. When calling prospects and customers, our users are able to dial direct from Outlook contacts or from call lists on Spreadsheets.

We installed this software for all users and gave them the options of running it or not, we have found that everyone runs it through choice.

This has been an excellent and cost effective enhancement to our corporate IT service and has raised the profile of the IT department within the Centerprise group of companies. Thanks again for the fast and efficient installation of our new Telephone System and introducing us to Panasonic's cutting-edge Computer Telephone Integration software; we can always rely on Southern Business Communications to keep us up to date with the latest telecommunications to enhance our competitive advantage."
