We think you will agree that if your going to get a new telephone system, you should be able to use all the new features of your system. SBC provide professional end user training covering all aspects of a new telephone system, ensuring that our customers are fully conversed on how to operate their phones and software applications. 

Training includes an overview of the system features and capabilities to familiarise users to make the most of your phone features. Telephone system training guides will also be provided which can also be found in our downloads page. After your initial training, SBC will be available during normal working hours to assist with any training or technical requirements.
