FEATUREPLUS can be used with either analogue phones or an IP phone system. 
The 'On Screen' interface gives you with direct control of what happens to your calls - be it handling inboundcalls or managing how calls are made.
Calls are routed over a broadband connection, enabling FREE site to site calls and reduced costs of line rentals. You will see a reduction of your telephone bills and yet experience improved functionality and productivity.
FeaturePlus Premium provides the optimal user experience. It centres on the Cisco IP series phone range, Cisco’s latest IP handsets manufactured to deliver the finest acoustic performance and best service reliability, as well as value added features including Music on Hold and Call Recording.

All free calls are subject to fair usage policy of 2,000 UK free landline minutes per month for calls starting 01, 02, 03 and 1000 UK free mobile minutes per month (Vodafone, Orange, T-Mobile, O2). All other usage will be charged at our standard pricing unless you take a voice bolt on.
